Lee has a passion for Real Estate. From residential to investment – it has become Lee’s business to understand the marketplace, seek out opportunities and create positive outcomes for his clients.
 As a passionate  Corvallis resident, Lee's knowledge of the Willamette Valley is second to none.

As a commitment to his clients, Lee makes it his business to understand the ever-changing marketplace, to be continually previewing new properties on the market and to make sure he has the knowledge of the new and ongoing real estate developments.

Whether residential, investment or commercial, over the past 8+ years as his business has developed and evolved. Lee's fields of expertise have grown to include real estate investment in commercial properties, multi-family units and rental properties. In addition to his own personal experience with investment properties, Lee's comprehensive understanding of the IRC 1031 tax deferred exchange process provides his customers with valuable tools for real estate planning.

In 2008 Lee earned his CNE designation - Certified Negotiations Expert.

Community Involvement
Making time to volunteer in the local community is a priority for Lee. Currently he is active in the Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis and is a past board member of the Benton Furniture Share and Corvallis Benton Chamber Coalition.

Family
Lee moved to Corvallis with his wife Michelle, a local pediatrician and home school teacher of their two children Morgan and Jacob. In their free time they enjoy biking, hiking, trips to the coast, reading, walks, working in their yard, being involved in community events and traveling.
